Lauren Lorentz is thrilled to be back in San Francisco performing with Speakeasy! Previous Boxcar productions include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Maggie) and Fool for Love (May). Other favorite credits include Witness Uganda (American Repertory Theater), American Sojourns: 3 Plays by Thornton Wilder (Moscow Art Theater), Twelfth Night (ART/MXAT Institute), and Sean Graney’s 12 hour marathon masterpiece All Our Tragic. Most recently she performed as part of the PEN World Voices International Playwright Festival, playing the role of Mia in Ivor Martinic’s My Son Just Walks a Bit Slower. TV/Film: Louie, Willis Earl Beal’s Traveling Eyes, national campaigns for Pepsi and Rug Doctor. Lauren holds a BA in Theater and English from the College of the Holy Cross, and an MFA from the ART/MXAT Institute for Advanced Theater Training at Harvard University.
